I've just read your article on how to write 10 articles an hour, and Dragon Naturally Speaking sounds very promising. I might just invest a part of my earnings into buying it Thank you by the way!
Yeah, just another example of the fact that article marketing will never die. Good job man, now scale it up by 10-100 and you have got yourself a really good business. If you wanted to, you could make article marketing all you ever need, just outsource all the annoying bits, like article writing, and hubpage creation, and select your markets. Of course it will take some time to get to that point, but its a solid business model.
@narci: I don't sell the articles I write... I simply submit them to EzineArticle and about half of the people that read them come to my website. After that, if I did my job properly, they buy one of the products I promote @Nick: That really sounds great, man No reason I shouldn't give it a try.
I am glad you liked it. I am all about BUM Marketing - so writing articles makes up a big part of my business. Outsourcing is not always easy or cheap - finding good article writers could be a hard task... So the "new method" I use helps a lot!
Awesome work if you have found a product that converts well then try and get as much as you can out of it. Build review sites, build a list etc... Congrats! Chris
Friggin awesome conversion rates bro, so how did it convert in terms of hops, ie: how many hops per sale? I don't particularly like the 'make money' niches (as my sig dictates), as many products in this niche tend to be BS, how did you decide on the products you're promoting? +Rep for the inspiration mate.
Can you send me a PM with one of your articles for example of post it here? How long were your articles, I mean did you just post the 250 words minimum or did you type up more words? Did you do any promotion and did you try and target high volume keywords or keywords that nobody types in hardly? Thanks a lot!
Thank you I've attached a screenshot with the report for the past 30 days: ~23 hops per order. As for how I decided on what to promote, it is kinda hard to explain. Back then I had no experience in affiliate marketing whatsoever, so I just picked two similar products with nice landing pages I guess it all worked out for the best. And just another thing, I still have only 10 articles published 15 more are waiting for approval. At first, I didn't give it much thought, so I tried to keep the writing to a minimum. Therefore, the articles I wrote have about 250-280 words each. As for promotion, I've only created 4 hubpages linking pack to 4 of my articles and bookmarked some of them using OnlyWire.com (that's a pretty cool tool). The keywords I used are not very popular (at most 1000-1500 searches per month, according to Google).
That is exactly how you succeed in article/bum marketing. You look for keywords which have not a lot of results but enough searches per month to get traffic to come to your site. Keep up the good work and get your goal to $100+ a day! Tom
It's a product promoted through Clickbank, so the people I refer must buy it in order for me to receive a commission. And a question for affiliates that are more experienced than me: Do expensive products tend to convert at a lower rate than cheaper ones? (Let's say, expensive: >$70; cheap: <$40) I know there are huge differences form product to product, but as an average, what would you say?
Basically.. if you keep this conversion rate, this means that every articles you write brings in $20 per month.. Which is extremely good. If I were you, I start writing tons and tons of articles
@cowsgonemadd3: I use a ***.blogspot.com domain as my landing page. Despite that, it looks like a normal website, not a blog. And I have a few pages written there, like FAQ, Contact etc. @Liquid Snake: Truth be told, I am kinda busy with school right now, so writing tons of articles is not very doable. Though, I try to write 3 articles a day and I'm thinking of getting Dragon Naturally Speaking, which should be an article marketer's best friend Looking forward to that $100/day mark (I've just got to the $100/week one)
Can you post your landing page or send it to me VIA pm? Is it a review style like this one: http://www.howtoloseweightguide.info or another style? Can you post a article from ezine either from you are the same style of writing that is converting?
It is not like http://www.howtoloseweightguide.info, that is for sure. I actually focus on giving information on how the product I promote works and not just ranting about how great it is (I guess people instinctively get defensive when running into something that resembles a sales pitch...) This is basically the best tip I can give: don't help the seller, help the reader! As for the other questions, I would rather not give away my niche. Hope you understand I still have the question on expensive and cheap products converting rate... Anyone?
Do you buy the product and read it so you can talk about it in detail? How do you write about the product and say how it works without giving away all the info? Do you have any example landing pages? I would like to see what style converts.
