It might be happen due to some redirection problems..Were you redirecting your one domain to another earlier??
Or your websites are hosted on the same server??

How far I know about this problem. This happens because of your website hosting plan. Your both websites are hosted on a shared server and multiple websites are running within the same directory. In this case, Google start showing the cache of other websites that are residing within the directory. To avoid seeing different cache, you need to ask your hosting company to create separate hosting directory for both websites.

First You have to restrict the other website for search engines and then you have to remove the cache of your first website manually by webmaster tool.
Then from the next update, you will see your own website cache..:)

    Hey

I am also suffering from the same problem.
The both sites are having nice SERPS.
    suppose these two sites are
    site1.com and site2.com
then site2.com's 3 inner page is showing site1.com home page in cache.

site2's all inner pages and site1's home pages are in good rankings.

Please suggest something in this situation :(
