Hi der, It is really nice to get the news from you that INDIA is about to launch LAP TOPs in $10. Well the web site which you hav designed is really good. It would be more gorgeous if you can just add some HIGHLIGHTS in the exciting offers and even add some colours in it. That would again make your site more popular because people would be definitely visit it so that they can come to learn fast and get the offer as quick as a click of a button as compared to other sites. Looks fine. Few suggestion. Reduce the size of top miss tech banner. Remove the square blog from sidebar and place it below the top headline or after each article in single post.
The content is great there is no disputing that, but If it were me I would try and put some color into the blog, I like the fact that it's a simple design, but I would recommend some color somewhere. Also adsense seems to dominate the blog more than the content. I think I would swap the 728x90 at the top for a 468 x 60 or even a link unit instead, but that's just my opinion.
Is your blog hosted by google blogspot (blogger)?.... If yes... how the hell do you get rid of their header line with "... next blog... sign up... search blogs" and so on? I was trying to look for it and couldn't find it.
Your header is hardly a header. You might want to run a contest to get a better looking one. It will add color and a bit more flare, which is currently missing. The google ads take up a lot of realestate. Might want to consider narrowing it and filling the column with a bgcolor + border to separate it better from the main content. (Something subtle like #CDE2FC). Good luck

LMAO! You realized that she is from India... Didn't you ??? Jokes apart, close your eyes and select a template from 10000 templates and i am sure you will get a better template than this. You can make the ad placement better. But then, that also depends on the template.
too simple imho. Add more colors, add a template for god sake . Eliminate some adsense and add some color
It's definitely lacking color. With only two colors, it's as bad as black and white. Try adding some color in your banner and some borders. Your nav links at the top could use a background and border possibly that's a different color.
