I wouldn't dare say either way. I think high oil prices have more do to do with outside factors eg demand...although I wouldn't dismiss that it causes some fears in prices.

Personally, I hate Bush. However, if I were working on his PR team, I think it would be fairly easy to up his credibility ratings. All you would have to do is hire some nut case that no one would believe to go around saying negative things about Bush. If the guy is seriously whacked out enough, people would then be afraid to voice opinions against the president, for fear of being grouped in the same class as the nut job. It's a built in problem with conspiracy theorists... when they do happen to be right, no one will listen to them, due to past performances.

Not sure where the presidents people would find a guy that bad, that unbelievable, but there must be someone...
