If you really love this girl then go for it I say. The worst thing that can happen is for her to say no, but If you never ask her you will never know. Good luck with this and I wish you all the best, but don't wait until Valentines day - do it now :)

I have gone through a similar situation. The previous year I proposed a girl. I was so close to her and all her friends thought that we are lovers. On the Valentine's day I though that I will propose her. Before I proposed her one of her friends came and asked if I was in love with her. Finally I proposed her, but she was considering me as a true dearest friend and she was so upset that I proposed her. I somehow manage to make her understand that the exact cause of the problem was one of her close friend who asked me if I was in love with her. Now also we are friends but not as close as before.

To achieve something expensive you desire, you have to earn it. Proposing a girl or saying a girl “I love you” is a very serious matter. You want to propose a girl that means you want to marry her, mind it. So, if you want to get your dream girl, don’t forget your qualification. Your look and attitude, education level, job status, earnings are important things. Please be sure that you’re qualified enough to make your dream girl your family. Better you confirm your minimum status to propose a girl, otherwise you may lost her forever or situation becomes worst.

I am completely agree with you. I know that she also feel for me but i am not sure that she will reply me in positive not because she doesnt love me but bcoz she is a complete family girl and at any case her parents will not be agree for such marriage. By name u seems to be an Indian so i think you can better understand my problem as in India most of the time intercaste marriages are not allowed.

if you really know what she wants, then you dnt have to worry about loosing her, like for me,

    this is my story:

the time that i was going to propose to her we were fighting about something, and we have such a bad mis
understading about things, and that time my mind was kind of 50-50 and even though we were fighting, i tried to propose to her, and i dnt know if she will accept my proposal, i was kind of nervous that time...

ok lets go to wen i proposed to her, when i proposed to her, she was kind of mad at me, maybe it was a bad timing lol... then she calmed down and looks at me with a mad look in her face, and said, why did you pick this time to propose!!!(yelling.) and i said i dnt want to loose you... then she cried, and said sorry for picking up a fight and then i told her i doesnt matter, after all were engaded. then she slapped me in the face and told me this is why i love you so much.... isnt it nice?? LOL...

Yes, I can understand this problem. If you were already an established person, then it would be another word. It’s not that your parents will disallow intercaste marriage these days. But if you’re a teenager, not aged enough or don’t have a minimum financial support you can give yourself to get married, I suggest not to propose her right now. As far I know about your relationship, there’s a very good understanding between you and her. Instead of proposing discuss with her about a topic something close to marriage in such situation you’re facing. Slowly turn the topic towards you and her. Do you understand what I say? You know well, technically how you will make her understand that you love her and want to marry her. Even if it’s not possible right now, you can do it later when both of you have a good background. Just tell her to wait for you. If she does not agree, you can get the chance to make her understand again. I think she is brilliant enough to understand and face the situation. Take your education and career as a challenge; all the situations will be changed within several years and come to your favour, I wish. Good luck.

Does she know about your feelings ? First, you need to express your love and also find out her feelings towards you and then proposing her, this is what I should do if I were you...
If everything turns to be ok, you'll have a great opportunity for Valentine's Day to celebrate both of you your love :)
