Merge flash with xml

    I have a swf file that uses xml to read some data, does anyone know how I can embed that xml inside of the swf, so that it can run via just the swf without the need of having the xml file separately.

    The answer depends on whether the swf you're talking about Is coded in AS2 or AS3 and whether you have the source fla for that swf or not.

    I don't have the source fla nor am too sure about what action script it was coded in, so I'm guessing it won't be possible then..

    Yes. Its not possible if you don't have the source file. But still you can try decompiling your swf and then you can try hardcoding the xml....
