Should All Your Websites Be Listed Under your CJ Account?

    I have some questions.

Is it necessary or is it required that all your websites should be listed under your CJ account information?

What will happen if I don't include my website in the account, yet I am placing CJ link in that unlisted website? Can I still receive commission from a sale from an unlisted website? Please clarify.

You should list all the web sites you will be displaying the adverts on, as unique code is given for each web site. So if you place one site's code on another they will see the referrer is not the right site and will most likely not count the click/ leads.

    Good Luck.

I actually forgot to add a second site when I was putting ads up on another site which was unregistered in CJ..but I still received the commissions and leads and have been for months. I haven't updated the code..too much work. Good idea to add each individual site though.

I dont think it matters too much as I have around 30 sites but not all listed on my CJ panel.. so long as you use the CJ linking / cookie codes that will credit the sale to your account.. as the CJ tracking actually tells the merchant alot of things liek where the sale comes from etc..

but if you get the time I think its a good idea to ad them..

I have multiple sites all listed in cj, each of my sites sell to a different niche market. I will mistakenly get html for a product using the tracking code for a site that doesn't sell that type of product. I have often wondered if that was a no no.

If I have spent a long time setting up a new store and noticed that I have done this with multiple products I have been know to leave the products on the site I was adding products to even though the tracking code was for another site.

I have often wondered if was missing out on sale. Since I have not sold anything yet, it is not a major issue with me but I need to figure out a better way to include new products than the way I am doing it now to ensure I don't continually make these type of mistakes.

Just curious, how much money do you make a month from those 30 sites?

    Thanks :)

Dont worry. You can promote it on any site, but dont remove the banner on the website which is beeen listed in CJ.
