Why the hell you are using wikipedia logo? Google has been recently very selective in approving new adsense publishers, you should make your site unique and provide more unique and quality content after that you will be selected. You may also start a blog at blogger and write a couple of unique posts there, I am sure you'll be selected for adsense much faster.
Your website has nothing effective for adsense thats why they rejected it How much Old is your domain! the new policy requires atleast 6 months old domain for new site approval
Not necessary to wait for 6 months. As long as google love your content, they sure will approve it. One thing for sure, google have started to filter approval for adsense. They have been selective nowadays.

The use of the Wikipedia Logo (which I'm sure is protected by copyright) and your use of the name Wikipedia (which I'm sure is trademarked) in the title of your forum....those are the problems. Why are you trying to pretend you are some how affiliated with Wikipedia?
WikiPedia's copyrighted material, like logo & you're site is very new, give it sometime & then reapply. Good Luck!
I am pretty sure it is because of copy righted material which in your case is wikipedia logo. Other than that, you might want to alter your website a bit. Adsense team have learn a lesson in recent slump and is now more selective, They might even more selective in future
