I think that the co-op should create its own standard rel= tag and use that by default with every outgoing link within the network. We should call it the Jessica Simpson tag and every link in the co-op should have rel="Jessica Simpson" as part of its structure. Sure, it may not be W3C valid, but we'll lobby that and get it validated with the next set of standards. Hell, we'll probably even hire half the W3C moderators to join our co-op since that would be faster and easier (a bit more expensive, but who cares, since WE'RE THE CO-OP! We can do anything). This Jessica Simpson tag would serve several purposes: 1) We'll just assume anyone who uses it is a moron. 2) We'll just assume anyone who doesn't use it is a moron. 3) We'll just assume any links using it are 100% automatic spam. 4) This will prevent spammers from leaving blog comment spam, since everyone knows that Jessica Simpson is an airhead, therefore not wanting any association. 5) This will serve as a lame band-aid because we don't feel like fixing the real problem.
nah, no past problems. Just Google's choices over the past year or so in general. What, you don't like my ideas any better? It will work, I promise you. And I've GOT to try that WackoTag!
Done! Is it free? I shoulda asked before I used it. /WackoTag I'll paypal whatever whenever for use of this very cool tool! /JessicaSimpson
Because you are in them Fryman By the way man, I need a few threads locked, PM me if you can help out!
dunno. did try to make it a JessicaSimpson related thread, since we don't seem to have enough of those here. But things got wacko, and quick.
Bad ideas - in my opinion. It also makes it obvious about members in the coop. I think that the coop should use title="{link}" though. That would be extremly extremly useful.
