Just watched the Nightmares programme. For next Friday anyone want to play 'how many F words will be used in the episode?' ?

As an indication, i didn't count this week but i guess we are on around 200 or so.

I would guess about 160. What's the prize for the correct guess? :D

I think 47 is a pretty good number!

He'll probably go for over 100 though ;)

I have never seen him, but from what I read here, he REALLY needs to expand his vocabulary. With his limited vocabulary, there is no way he is saying much worth hearing or learning.

I think they might leave in more on the BBC/BBC America reruns than they do on the new FOX ones. I've never counted though. I'll guess 69.

I wonder why he does it? He is well educated. People aren't shocked by the F word. Does he have a low IQ?
He needs to buy a dictionary to expand his vocablary. Maybe in the next series he can say the c word, maybe a sprinkling of the W word, a hint of the B word .
Gordon lets face it! The shock factor has gone.
No one liked you cooking anyway, and unless you can find another way to shock,
like cutting a hole in the back of your pants and bending over in front of the oven and letting the old love spuds clatter......you aint going to get a new series, unless they start cookery programmes on Sunday nights in place of the late Thora Hird from old churches in front of old ladies.

I watched his Hell's Kitchen a couple seasons before I got sick of all his cussing and calling women "cows". He has got to be one of the worst people on tv -- I don't see how those contestents could put up with all his crap.

A prize eh? No F@"%ing way. Did anyone see it on C4 last night? Ramsey was bad but the chef in the restaurant that he was trying to help used it nearly as much. Funnier though was my 60 something mum, who was watching with me and my partner, replying to my partner, "yes please i will have a f@"!ing cup of F!@"£ing tea, and hurry the F"@$ up."

Nothing wrong with the honesty, look at that X Factor guy. It is just that programmes like this are bound to have an effect on everyones everyday speech. I think he is about to hit a wave of bad PR. This is really really bad for him and it could not have come at a worst time. Swearing like that just went out of fashion like last years shirts.
