    Well the time has come to sell my MSRS website. It has been around since early 2007.

    Address: http://www.profilefiend.com Registered through Oct 09

    Reason for selling: No longer have the time to constantly update

    Income: Adsense + some CPA

    I have not updated this site for close to 7 months. Traffic has dropped due to no updates but remains steady and constant.

    Stats after not updating for 7 months:

    200-300 daily uniques
    30,000 monthly pageviews
    Avg Adsense income of $30/month

    Stats while constantly updating:

    600 daily uniques
    ~75,000 monthly uniques
    Avg Adsense income of $100-150/month

    You can see that with updating the site on average of 2-3 times per week there is great earning and traffic potential. It would not take much work at all to get the site back into that earning potential.

    There are thousands of images and hundreds of layouts. I will also include content that I never bothered to upload.

    This site is a PR3 and ranks in the top 3 for its main keywords in Google. Unlike most MSRS sites who get most of their traffic from MySpace (not the best source for your main traffic) Profilefiend.com gets 80% of it's traffic from Google.

    I have done SEO, promoted this site and it shows for its very high ranking keywords that pull in decent traffic.

    The site is whitelisted on MySpace.
