I'd use the profits from the forum to host a party for all DP members. Any one over 10k posts would get free airfare to attend.

 

That's a brilliant idea. I can think of a few essentials for the party.

I'd do one better, I'd make him Super Mod.

I would take the profits earned and bring a whole new product line to life, oh and I would put in a Premium Members section where those who donate $30 or more get a free t-shirt and those who donate 800 or more get a free laptop.

 

i would rather leave as it is, things are working quite good, in small changes, i might try to make the rules a bit lenient and would try get it on a better server as the load is causing some lagging at some point, so should be a bit faster aswell.

I would remove MOST of the mods, in particular the cheeky ones or mods that close threads without allowing time for other members to make comment! I would also make a premium (paid) membership area that serious members can access knowing they'll be protected from the scammers. My premium members could take advantage of escrow type services and be able to post more threads than regular members.
