Keyword rich url structure is good. For example, if your using a wordpress blog use permalinks and include targeted keywords in the blog post title so it does this automatically.
Do something about your page titles too. I only checked a few pages - but the page title for all of them is "City" - that won't help. So that's a start. Just don't stuff them with keywords - use the main keyword you would like that page to rank for. Also - you don't have any meta tags in your headers. They don't do wonders for rankings - but there is some small benefit. Meta descriptions especially, since this is what gets displayed on search engine result pages. A couple of ranking terms should translate into some extra traffic.
try submitting your site to social site like digg.. should give you some page views and help with your backlinks
what you should to do is find link back to your website and when you create the link, try to use your favorite keyword for example <a href = your website link>your keyword here</a>
Having keyword rich web pages might not be that helpful if your website is not maintained and prompted professionally. For example, without good links your websites might not get found, even if your all pages have SE friendly pages names.
