Getting what you pay for is definitely true but I don't believe TopMediaScript is what I'm looking for. Trying to fall in line with the big boys like Meltgames, stungames, heavy games, bootyarcade... yadda yadda yadda. I've found this one but the price tag is a bit steep.

Here is my question to all arcade owners.. Is it worth having user memberships? I had one with one of my old arcade sites and it was really just a pain because of all the comment spam and swearing. What are your thoughts? One of my friends said "why dont you have a members area? it would be heaps better and with high scores" This has had me thinking about adding more features...

hey guys what all methods do you implement to get 1000's of visitors to your arcades regularly? i have implemented various ways but still unable to get constant traffic i use banner exchanges and traffic exchange programmes with all big arcades and have tried paid advertising as well but the traffic is boosted only for once and slowly it goes back down it would be great if you guys can share some of your secrets in your arcade business how you make them getting 1000's of constant visitors without going down
See that depends on the quality of your arcade. If you have some social activity stuff that would keep them coming back for more. With any website you need a decent design, some interaction with others users, and a reason for them to come back. If forums.digitalpoint.com had the same posts every single day (no new posts at all) and no way of you being able to ask questions or interact with others, and a simi bad layout. Would you want to come back here? .
I think for the quickest amount of traffic to your arcade do social bookmarking, forum posting and set up a good a good banner exchange on your arcade. For quality long term traffic to answer is obvious SEO work and unique game descriptions.
