don;t buy vps from santrex they sucks. i purchased 20 $ plan from them and want to say total wastage of money. they are hungry for money only not for reall customers. they will charge 10$ before answering your ticket. cpu load is always 100% . because of overselling of vps on a single dedicated server. i m running a sigle wordpress blog on vps and always reach to 100% cpu resources and 90% of memory resources which is not possible with a wordpress blog. hmmm whenever i contacted them they ask me for 10$ and i paid 10$ still no sucess they told that restart your vps and i can;t restart my vps easily because HyperVm page is not loading so suggest try to get vps from another place from this bullshit santrex.
santrex is reseller of OVH Networks. OVH network are such that they can disconnect your Server anytime and you may loose your data. They disconnect server on their Policy Terms violation... I highly recommend you to stay away from santrex. They are the worst hosting company and the biggest scammers on the planet.
Same thing happened to me, I asked why my site was not loading, and they said it has to be a problem with you. They wanted me to pay 10 bucks, so they can "investigate". when it was thier network that was down, i couldnt even access hypervm. Also the live support person masrawyz, doesnt know s**t about hosting. I asked him a few questions, he took hours to reply, and he told me to submit a support ticket. He is clueless. Its called live support. All they want is the money. Greedy
Santrex is really bad, but not with offers i was running 17 websites and 2 quake3 game servers, never got CPU load more than 25% and ping was fine on their VPS plan,BUT they suck with reliability VERY VERY much, recently someone hacked their whole network where is HyperVM, and they suck with support, suck with reliability, i lost all my data, no backups, and they changed all ip's, it has been for six days and they dont answer to support tickets and all is offline. so STAY AWAY FROM SANTREX, they are greedy bastards who don't care for customers. Anyway if someone know good Netherland or Germany VPS in range of santrex please answer. Price 30$ Disk space at least 20gb Data Transfer at least 500gb/month Good Network speed (i dont use it for data transfer or uploading/downloading files but i need stable network for quake servers to have low ping and no drop packets) 2 or more IP addresses Ram at least 768 And to be able to run Quake 3 Game servers (this is old game and dont use much resources) Adult content websites And Warez content websites
