hi, I got a new site to optimize which has top banner in flash and content in iframe the links to iframe is given in flash itself. so beacuse of this the site appears to be one page site but when you click on links in flash new page opens in same domain name with no extension you can see it www.icemgroup.com. So does the same old technique of optimization will help me out or i ll have to try something else.. please let me know if anybody has optimized such website or has got any idea regarding this.
oh....................i dont think its helping me out...............soory...............but how could it help me can you tell me............may be m not thinking in right direction.
on-page SEO is of no use for this website. if you need on-page SEO do be done, change the design of the website. only off-page SEO can help the website.
normal HTML page requires loads of link exchange to rank well on Google especially on first page. so are u sure w/o changing the layout if i try to submit i.e just ofpage optimization will there be there a chances of coming up in first page for my search term.
see Google presents you with the websites which it thinks are authentic and genuine and all of these websites are big enough i.e. with unique URLs. you can get visitors to your website via off-page but you will not get good rankings on search sites because in the eyes of Google it is a single page website therefore not authentic. had it been one page site with regularly updated content, Google would have shown it but this is not the case right now.
Iframe and seo does not go hand in hand, either you need to avoid iframe or you have to design your site in the same way but without frames. You can do that with may softwares available or by hiring a web designer. Minimum use of flash will be beneficial for your site according to SEO. At present your site needs both on page and off-page optimization. Three things that can help you around... 1. Use search engine friendly or static URLs for your web pages. 2. Titles should be generated for each pages differently. 3. A big link building campaign, will help you. Let your web developer work for you a little more in implementing 1 and 2 things......
I feel, iframe wont help much. try to avoid it and hire a designer to work on it if u feel its difficult for u.
