Hi, Anyone ever used wordpress themes for marketing/seo reasons? did you have success? waste of time?
If you can encrypt links into Wordpress themes, and market your themes, it can be quite rewarding, however the only problem with wordpress themes is you could get links from multiple bad neighbourhoods. Though, if you're looking to get your website up nice and quickly, could be an option if you can design a few wordpress themes - A
i have seen themes that encrypt the footer links. I think in most cases only a small number of individuals would take the trouble to remove the accreditation. Majority of people are pretty good.
I can tell you I use this technique and it works quite well. Ok, some people delete the link, so be it, but most of them keep the link so on the long run it works like a charm
of course it helps. I would always prefer a simple wordpress theme with adsense and SEO done on it. I think there are plenty of plugins to accomplish SEO and other stuff. Infact i run my own wordpress theme site: http://top-best-themes.com and i have customized it a lot. see for yourself.
There are Many theme available in Wordpress.I also use this theme for Good Presentation. Ya Every use the Worpress and all of Seo guys know about Wordpress theme. Wordpress's popularity is growing by the day. New people to the blogging world will not even bother to look at what is there in the footer so long as the theme looks good. If you have 200 downloads, and 50 of them removed the link, that is still 150 links on every page of a blog, and that too for a cheap price.
