well if you get the hamster a female friend you will end up with to many of them And most of the time hamsters with fight to the death trying to establish who is the alpha male out of the two
I saw a hamster getting beaten up in his cage , aawww, poor thing...well I just had to buy it to save it from certain death...Flipping thing bit me for the rest of the time I had it . It's name was bubbles Should have been 'Jaws'

my friend had a hamster. First one died then he got another and built up teh "castle" ie them tube things for hamsters it was pretty big but them dam critter kept chewing threw the dam plastic sky tower thing where food was kept and kept running away.
Thats a bummer. My hamster got lose one time and it took 3 days to catch him. I finally just had to move the fridge to catch him. I didn't think he was going to make it i figured the blades on the motor would have killed him,but he got lucky i guess
