It is difficult to say that Clickbank is the best and most reliable. You may have been aware of the floods of problems and errors knocking on Clickbank's doors.

Clickbank was the first affiliate program I signed up for, but I couldn't really work with the products that they had to offer. Then I moved into Comission Junction, and am making a steady income from there. They've also got lots of different products to choose from as well.. I tried about 5 different products/niches and finally found one that worked good for me!

There are many affiliate networks... If you are interested in digital products then you can try ClickBank. If you are looking for CPA offers then you can try for REventuegateway , CJ or CPAEmpire.

for a beginner, I would try a network where you get a dedicated affiliate manager who can really help you learn the ropes - like neverblue, cx-digital, copeac, marketleverage, etc. (cx-digital is my personal favorite).

Personally, I would stay away from companies like clickbank, cj or amazon where there is no one there to help you if you have questions.
