That is most probably why I have been promoting their 2nd tier referral program for some time now and all of a sudden stopped getting signups. I wish this could be sorted.
It will be nice if they sort out their signup page though. If they don't then what is the point in having the 2 tier program. That is the only way that I am earning from them, so in other words all they are doing is getting free advertising on my site as no one can sign up, which then makes my site look unprofessional.
