This is something the forum staff has introduced and i think its their wish whom to give and what to give,
we should never discuss about reps, infractions or any other new features introduced here.

Exactly. Your not a mod to look at a thread for 30 seconds and apply an infraction. But if that is how it is live with in the system.(Attack them in pm :D )

Attack them by PM - err PM spam the mods and you kicked out from the game.
I dont think the mods have to see all the previous posts to work on the infractions.
this current rule makes everyone make their every post a quality one, rather than attacking or harrasing someone.

How do you know it isn't already being done that way? As far as I can tell. you can only see your own infractions - not someone elses.

Regardless of only being able to see your own infractions the point here is that infractions shouldnt be applied simply because of one post.

That means the infraction is based on absolutely nothing. If an infraction is to be applied it would be nice to know that the sittuation at hand had been taken into consideration thats all.

Obviously that isnt the way it works. Such is life.

He who owns the forum makes the rules. Those who don't like the rules go to another forum.

    Really... it's that simple.

I came to this understanding AFTER posting this thread.

The point of this thread was to submit some feedback and suggestions regarding the new infraction system and how its being used.

Its nice to see so many have been open minded.

Looks like thats our only choice

To my belief, I dont think MODs apply Infraction without thinking or without looking into the matter.

I got one because I was being harsh to a New member, to my point of view I was right but I took it a little bit far..

And again Mods are human after all, and they have much work to do.
I dont think discussing it with any user would do any good.

I am so lost. Is there some kind of infraction list that members can see for themselves?

Ha, yes, me too. I thought the OP was wittering on about red rep.

I doubt if any MOD would just slap an infraction on someone based on one post. For all the time the rest of us spend here, they probably spend even more and would have a feeling for the infractee (is that a word?) before doing the deed.
