is my site penalized

hi,
i can see all my pages when is search site:www.icemcladplate.com
but cant see for search www.icemcladplate.com. so is my site penalized. if yes please suggest the reason and what i should do know

 

site:www.xyz.com is used to see how many pages are indexed by Google thats why you are seeing all the pages of your website. On the other hand www.xyz.com is used to see whether that particular page is indexed or not, thats why you are seeing only that page that you are entering.

I think i am absolutely clear.

I have look at your site and I check it in Google also. Your site is not penalized by Google.

Don't worry about it.

 

how we come to know it is penalized can you tell me.

 

if you can't see your website on Google for:

• when you search for your company or website name
  
• site:www.xyz.com

 

That is a ban, not a penalisation. A penalisation will drop you several pages for your keywords.

If your site was visible in google ranking nywhere in 100 pages and then suddenly your site is not visible in anywhere in Google it means your site gets penalised.And its due to over optimization or by using black hat techniques which Google doesn't like

 

How you came to know, that your website has been penalized.
