    my website was created on 2002 and pr4. now i am looking for pr5,6,7 to buy.
    will it go down after links are removed? how long time does it need not to go down?

    Yes it will go down once they are removed.

    A PR 5 is achievable with just a couple of PR6 links. Its not that hard to do if your concerned about raising your PR.

    posted a url for them to follow im sure it will get dropped to something lower now.

    Current owner has registered a dropped domain with PR. Too bad it wont last long since Google is good at identifying and slapping the PR of such domains.

    You started your blog in January 8, 2009 but the domain was created back in August 26, 2006, meaning its aged 2 years and 4 months. It probably already was a PR5 domain when you bought it.

    I don't think the domain went from PR 0 to PR 5 in 2 weeks...that would be pretty tough to do.
