Question about implementing AdSense for Search

Well, I want your opinions, about this :

I want to make a quick landing page, on a any given domain.

That page contains only the google logo, the AdSense for Search script, and some few links. You get it.. a page designed to look as closely with google.com main page.

Now, I want to set-up this landing page as Start Page (hompage) in firefox and IE on my all computers from my Internet Cafe - about 70 computers.

Basically, any customer who will open the IE or mozilla to look for something, he will search my landing page, he will not type www.google.com to search.

The worst thing - all searches (and clicks) from that site and my adsense account will be from the IP's from the same class.

So.. the simple question : Google will ban my adsense account for that ?

Trademark infringement is only one of a few things that come to mind as to why this would be a good way to get yourself banned.

I agree that Google has strict rules about use of their logo and/or name not to mention misleading the consumer. Seems like a good way to get yourself banned and quickly.

you cannot add a search box or ad unit on a page without content or on a 404 page. you page must have content.

regarding all searches being from same class c IP, that doesnt make sense. why will it be form same class c IP? people borwse form all over the world. wil certan group of people will keep clicking on your ads or search box?

all searching will be from the same IP class, cause i don't intend to make any advertising for that domain, to get external visitors on it, i will use it ONLY as bookmarks / set it as home page in computers in my firm, as I mention early.

In which case it will arouse suspicions at Google. They will review the page manually. They will see what you've done. It is very probable that they will then ban you.
