Enom

    Had a domain with Enon They never sent me a renewal notice and
    the domain ended up be sold on the after market by what appears to be a division of Enom Do I have any recourse

    no, unless you have some trademarks or rights they are infringing.

    I've always received email renewal notices from Enom. Did you keep your email address in the Whois up to date?

    No you cannot do anything if you don't renew your domain during the grace period.
    But if you still have doubt,you're welcome to sent a complaint letter to ICANN to notify them about this matter.

    My email address was up to date Can I request there documentation as
    to when they sent renewal notices And see if they can provide them

    I doubt you will get any help from ICANN..every Registrar sends renewal reminders as it only helps them make more profits..so its not like Enom did this on purpose..there might have been an issue with your mail or Enom might not have your current mail address..

    ive had tons of trouble with enom's email system.... I don't trust it one bit. I have seen it 'break' many times especially when requesting EPP codes. Personally, I've started transferring out.
