    About the Site
    ==========
    The website is a Wordpress v2.02 blog with pilkster.com Amazon Plugin for Wordpress v1.1

    About the Domain
    =============
    The domain was purchased recently after being allowed to expire by the
    previous owner. The domain has backlinks including imdb.com. There are many
    discussions on the internet about the value and use of expired domains. My
    experiences have been very positive, but I would encourage potential buyers
    to do their own research.

    Traffic and Income
    =============
    Although the domain has been used previously this is a new website, so
    traffic and income should be assumed to be nil.
    The site is designed to earn income from the Amazon affiliate program and
    Google adsense. The buyer will need their own Amazon affiliate and Google
    adsense accounts. Of course, if you prefer you may run another ad network in
    place of adsense.
    I have operated similar sites for over two years and enjoy a good income
    from them.

    Additional Opportunities
    =================
    The site may also have potential for other income sources including selling
    links and posts etc..

    Hosting
    ======
    PHP is required for Wordpress and the pilkster.com Amazon Plugin for
    Wordpress. I will allow the buyer cpanel access to my server for 1 week
    after the sale to move the site. I will consider continuing hosting the
    site, to be negotiated seperatley.

    Transfer
    ======
    The domain is registered at namecheap for a free and easy push to the buyer.
