Great idea for ya, Jimbob: Put 2 ads per week on craigslist's India site (all the way over on the right side of craigslist's home page under countries) in 2 different subcategories under their jobs section and pay CL $5 per ad. You can certainly afford a budget for that, Jimbob, and you will hit so many cheap writers in India that your email box will be flooded past its limit within 48 hours after placing your ads. Good luck, Jimbo, you're gonna need lots of it!
Yes, Indian writers are also charging a low price depending on what kind of job you are offering. However, as for the quality, I can't tell because most of the Indian writers I encountered aren't that good but perhaps you will have better luck.
Jim, depends on what you are looking for as far as quality or just to get something out there. I am sure there are reasonably priced writers right here in the US that would love to gain your business.
