You firstly need to own a domain name. You secondly need a hosting service for a website. Thirdly either make your own website, or try wordpress/smf/phpbb and any other free/paid scripts according to your budget. You must choose your best interest my friend, That is the key to running a good website, You need a subject on something you love to do or love to read about. This is a good example. I like to sit on my ass and smoke bong but i am still very social and go outside and stuff so i choose Web proxys as my extra income. Apart from that i have a job. ( Im not some lazy person ) but you need side income make a website that you dont care whatsoever spending your time on because you enjoy it. You like movies? Maybe make a trailer website with bidvertiser ads above every trailer? Suggestions.....
Develop a site on a topic you're interested in. Its alot easier to write content for you site if your familiar with the topic. The end result will show as well.
Exactly, find something you enjoy learning about and teaching, and start a blog or informational site on the subject.
