I speak and write fluently English (mainly learnt from online tv episodes) and Hebrew (mother tongue) and know how to speak Mandarin Chinese very fluent (a little of writing too but not that much). I'm thinking of learning some more before enlisting to the army (it's mandatory here so I ought to enlist ). Which languages, for you opinion, are the most important ones in order to get along in life?
hi! well you already know most important language to get along in life that's english others are secondary if you see on your world map. if you are interested to learn more other than english French is a better option you will find it in most countries spanish too will do but my first preference is french. Good luck with that.
I think that if you speak pretty fluent English, and as you obviously have great linguistic skills to be already proficient in three languages so different, with completely different alphabets, learning French will be very easy for you. But judging by the number of worldwide speakers and huge internet growth, I'd suggest that Spanish might actually prove to be more useful to you than French in the longer-term future. Good luck for your military service!
Since you're already fluent in the English language, I highly recommend you start learning Spanish, which is spoken by nearly a billion people.
You can try your linguistic skills to master Spanish, French or German depending on how important they are in your career...
me suggets you people to learn English (not so fluent) but still u have to know english that is must to get along all the people all over the world
Bare minimum language which one needs to learn to get along well, is English and of course the native language of the country where you reside... Regards, RightMan
English...Arabic....Chinese...Korean....Indonesian...are great language that you should to try to learn.. Good luck with your army plan.
I feel English is important to learn to move with the world, at the same time your Mother Language is also important.
Spanish should be on ur list for sure ! I travel a lot, and I wish Spanish was in my language arsenal. Remember, most all of South American, Central America, Mexico, Spain and even some in Italy speak at least some Spanish (not to mention the Philippines). Good luck !!
