    I want to inrease it. Is there any way to increase the page rank very fast and quick.

    build a ton of autoblogs that backlink to you. Don't build more than a few thousand links a month to start. You can ramp it up later.

    Yes, that's right, to increase PageRank you need quality back links. Use link building techniques like article submission, directory submission, Blog commenting, Social bookmarking, pod casting to get back links .

    Get as many links as you can from high pr pages, its really not any harder than that! Comment on some blogs, put your links in your sig on forums, etc, and ask other proxys for link exchanges.

    Comment on blogs with links dofollow, get reviews links dofollow, and the higher the pagerank backlinks largest of these will be yours. Or buy links :)

    Get those good quality backlinks with great quality links on HIGH PR sites but also make sure you are not building those links too fast.
