Two things: Your tagline "Type Approval - Compliance - Certification Partnership" streches into the text area to the right of the title. I would have someone proofread the content for grammar mistakes. Good Luck
Good start, to me there is a lot of 'red' highlights maybe a more softer color like blue would be better, like river says have someone proof read for errors. For a small example sometimes the upper case "I" and then the lower case "i" maybe instead using 'I' at all try using "we", to me it sounds more professional and makes it appear as thou you have a team doing the jobs. Some of the post are difficult to read break them up into shorter paragraphs. Just a DP Grunts not even 2 cents worth blackpaw
Hi As a layman, I'd say the site is good - and to say its a new site, you've already got good Alexa and Technorati Ranking, so you must be doing soemthing right [which I guess is the inbound links]. Just a minor point, the Google Adsense might be better as a banner rather than a block, because its rolling over into the post headers in a few places. That irritates me, but maybe that's just a personal thing. Other than that, like so many other sites out there, I guess its just a case of tweeking testing and improving. Good luck

The layout, design are excellent and need to add some more colors at background. Its looking very simple.
Overall, I would say your site looks good. It's clean, it's easy to read and it's simple to navigate. The only thing I would change is the color of the links and some of the text. Typically, clickable links are blue; most of yours are maroon. I kept expecting a link when I saw the blue text, but none of the blue text was a link. You may want to think or reversing your colors. Make your blue highlighted taxt maroon and your clickable links blue. Just my opinion.
You did a great job with the CSS. The design is very simplistic and easy to find where I want to go. The only thing I can see wrong with it is that the background is a bit too white, just my opinion though.
