I was unsure which one to use for my Adwords campaign:

    Format 1

Save Up to 50% on Blinds!
Made to order curtains and blinds in the
    Republic of Panama.

    Format 2

    Blinds in Panama
Made to order curtains and blinds up
    to 50% off.

    My Theory

Format 1 will have higher click throughs because it has a call to action in the heading, but less conversions because I'll be getting traffic not from the country I sell in.

Format 2 will have less click throughs but more conversions.

For those who have tried both approaches, which has been more effective for you? Do you recommend another format?

my suggestion .. let google decide which is best. split test both ads and see which one does better.

That's what I did a while ago, and found that the answer was actually option 3: both suck and don't convert.

The "split test" is your best option, you might wind up seeing that there's more options out there than you think :)

because I'll be getting traffic not from the country I sell in.

Are you not geo-targetting, or is it not working for you?

Yeah im geotargetting, but I see so many non-Panama ads from Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina that I figure they're geo-targetting but something is wrong with Google.

    Wanted to be sure.

Nonetheless, Ill post my stats. I just wanted to know if people have stats posting discounts on the title of their ad.

The problem is - the results are way way way out.
