Looking for a "quality" PHP programmer and designer to refer my clients to

    I'm searching for somebody who knows how to upgrade and build custom PHP scripts. If you know how to create and implement custom designs that would also help. Please PM me with your portfolio and the rates you charge. I prefer "fixed pricing" on every project.

    I can handle the PHP related tasks, script installations and upgrades, design coding jobs, integrations, conversions of all kinds, etc. And you can check out Oranges since his designs that I've seen and coded were looking great. Whad does "fixed pricing" mean in your understanding? You get individual quotes based on the job complexity.

    What I basically mean by "fixed pricing" is that you charge per project instead of per hour.
