I'm having trouble creating a page with a 200 px tall, 100% wide frame on the top and a 100% wide 100% tall frame underneath it, while keeping the 200 px frame at the top stationary. Could someone help me whip something up? Thanks in advance
Frames really aren't recommended and are in fact deprecated by modern browsers. although they should still work they will not validate. Why do you so badly need a frame? Is it because you'd like a scroll bar somewhere? I'm sure this can be done with css. (if so then I can look into it).
