    it's brand new I just made it the thing is I dont have the time or man power to update it so I'm selling it :( so my loss is your gain the value on just the design is hefty amount and the set-up as well

    Yes it can be monetized, it can generate money because after extensive research and a tip ;) this niche is !HOT!. As said before the website is new basically you will get the entire website brand new with the design and articles, but no I don't have the time or man power to promote it anymore which is why I am selling it. In other words this site is new and no traffic reports, but I'm sure you guys can take care of that.
