    Hi, i have a lense on squidoo reviewing world of warcraft guides!

    Now, my rank is Games: 111 and overall : 1705

    Ive been creating backlink sand stuff, and i search google, and nothing..
    so im like ok i got more work to do then i seen this:

    This rank on squidoo is Games: 148 Overall: 2509

    so im quite confussed Atm can any1 explain this please?

    Squidoo rank isn't part of the google algorithm.
    There's no particular reason why it should have any effect on google whatsoever. In real terms I guess having lots of links from squidoo pages will help, though most of them aren't going to have much PageRank and won't be considered 'high quality' links.

    but would me being in the top 100 in squidoo and squidoo users clicking my url would that bump me up in google?

    not sure what your question is, r u trying toget ranked on google for your lens on trying to get ranked on squidoo internal network?

    no, that would not. squidoo internal ranking and google ranking are completely different. you get higher ranking on squidoo if you get traffic to your lens even from stumble upon, get your lense rated more often, and having feedbacks on your lens. there are other factors also for interla squidoo ranking. but these factors have nothing to do with google algorithm

    arris what do you mean?

    And i want to be ranked up higher in google , but also in squidoo but my main concern is squidoo.. so how could i get ranked up on google then?

    Well, apart from the blogs which can be great as backlinks sources, I do not have high opinion on using the free web space pages and personal sites. Although they can provide links but they might not do wonders.

    I thought you asked about backlink..... anyway try it get more links from good sites or/and create more lens from squidoo.
    Getting 1 or 2 links from squidoo not help you in google ranking.
