How do I check how many backlinks I have

    personally i prefer http://www.backlinkwatch.com/

    google never shows all your backlinks, the site above also shows the anchor text of the link and a few other things.

    Why am I getting such different results. On google it shows I only have like 1 but on the others I have from 6-10. WTF?

    Because google is backed by extreme geekage and they use a lot of algebra to determine your placing :p:D

    PS. I wanted to share this backlink tool with you. I found it a couple of years ago from a DP member. It was posted in the DP tools forums. The bad neighborhood site has been filled with helpful content now and it's still alive.

    I like this tool because it evaluates the backlinks and tells you if they are considered to be bad neighborhood backlinks. :)
