A suggestion to Google for Banned Adsense accounts

    Recently i wrote below blog post and wanted to have your views whatcha think?

    Today Google’s Adsense program is the most popular revenue generation source for Webmasters across the globe. It has helped both smaller and big Web entrepreneurs to make good living for themselves. However there is another fact that Once someone is banned because of either intentionally or unintentionally violating the TOS of Adsense, he/she can ‘never’ return back to the program as of writing this post. In my experience most people who get banned from Adsense are those kind of people who hardly have good enough knowledge about the Web in terms of making money let alone to be familiar to Adsense. However at some point when they actually learn how to build content rich Websites and generate revenue as well as get familiar to what actually is Adsense program and its TOS, it’s already too late for them to Join the adsense program again. So I am here advocating these kind of people who have learned their lessons and want to Join Adsense program again with a commitment to adhere to all TOS and never violate it again. So the Suggestion is Why does not Google put a Fine of let’s say $50 or $100 for banned Adsense publishers to give them another opportunity to Join the Program, the fine amount would be a punishment for the mistake or violation they could have made and they don’t repeat it again and also keep the addicted regular violators or Spammers away from signing up again and Only ’serious’ publishers who think that they deserve to be part of this program and could make good contribution to Web community as well as make a good living for themselves. I would greatly urge upon Google Adsense Team to consider it and help many ‘deserving’ Publishers to get a New Start. :-}}

    Instead of Fine , whatever amount earned by wrong way or earning earned by violating the Adsense terms that should be canceled without banning the account..
    Because Adsense publishers earns making great effort and getting such punishment of ban of account life is very bad term.
    Ban of account is very Harsh Term..
    Many times due other peoples mistakes publisher gets banned..so should not be happened..

    they already do that, take the amount earned and ban the account as well, and close the doors forever for that publisher..

    however there are many reasons why there should a fine amount should be in place... mostly to keep the spammers away from signing up again....

    The fraud that gets users banned not only violates Google TOS, but angers Adwords advertisers. Google needs to keep them happy or NO $$$ for Google or publishers. I agree there may be SOME who made a mistake or did something stupid out of lack of knowledge and got banned, but MOST are just spammers looking for a quick buck. They out way the so called "honest" webmasters who were banned. Since Google cannot determine who is who, everyone who violates the TOS get banned...that is why Google has TOS. So we can read them and follow them to not get banned.
