Keep it as natural as possible.

Sprinkle them around- probably somewhere between 3 and 7%.

I think 3 to 7% keyword density is good for your site

the keyword density must be 3 to 7% per apge.......but if you have too much to write then you must go for 5 to 7% of keywords on per page.......dis is the standard by the search engines.

Keep them up in your article. If it's possible use "strong", h1 and anchor text pointing to other inner pages of your site. I use only 2% for keywords.

There are far too many variables, which determine the proper keyword density for any given page, on any given web site. I would say that rather than optimizing your keyword density based on the old 'rule of thumb' percentages, check on your high-ranking competitors. See what their keyword density is; but also check ALL of their other on-page and off-page SEO efforts as well. If they're on the first page of results, then they must be doing something right. Find out what that is.

Sorry but that is rubbish to say that your keyword density must be within a certain range. Some websites get rankings without the keyword even being on their page. All you people who say that keyword density has to be within a certain range, you simply don't know what you're talking about.

With keyword density, just keep your content unspammy and don't go over 10% or so. Don't obsess over density percentages though as that is a complete waste of time.

I think using a certain percentage may cause you problems later on down the road. Write naturally, input keywords where it makes sense. You can use this website: http://tagcrowd.com/ which will create a "word cloud". In essence, if you aren't seeing your keyword in the bigger/bolder text, I would increase the frequency of it. I would lower what appears to be the biggest.

Normally, if you are writing naturally and putting the keywords where it makes sense, then you will end up with computers/robots recognizing it as being related to your website.

Hello, I'm not sure about how many, but the most important is chose the best for your business; for example, try to think as if you were a customer. What would you like to find ? which words will you use ? I think that this kind of ideas are the most important, not just the quantity. :)
