The website is currently hosted on my brothers off-shore server. He'd be willing to host the new owner for free for a couple months (since the bandwidth usage is pretty low).

I'd like to move on with some new projects.

 

I've had an offer for $12,000 from somebody but i turned this down because that would only be 4 months revenue.

I won't be letting this go for any less than $20,000 - just 6 months revenue.

Currently have some other potential buyers.

by the way....I wont blv that this site makes anything more than $200 a month...even if you show me screenshots....i run about 4 sites like tht and 2 of them are in top 100k of alexa (2 years old sites) so i know what i am talking.
