Yes, they support same payment methods as LEC including Epass - couple months ago I have contacted them asking this and they confirmed. But I didnt make there any money yet unfortunately... My traffic is not good for what they offer, and what my traffic is good for - I prefer advertising it through LEC, it's less complicated. I didnt like some stuff in their program... for example there are offers which pay for US leads... if your visitor comes with Canadian IP for example, their software redirects him to some bullshit page where he is offered some "free" downloads or something and I believe you dont get paid anything for this + surfer is confused cause he gets to page he not expected. If you are advertising products available through LEC, it's better to advertize them through LEC.. IMHO...
