hi i sold a few things about $200 and now buyer opened dispute,as its a digital item im sure he will win,right now my account balance is -$200 as i spent all of the money..so whats next?when he win what will paypal do?just trying to charge my cc or bank account for $200 or it will stay at -$200?

First, don't try to change anything on your PayPal account - this will possibly make them believe you are doing something wrong. Answer all of PayPal's emails / questions regarding the matter. Do a search on here - there are hundreds of posts regarding PayPal and chargebacks. Chances are though that PayPal will side with the consumer. Now I think I get the post from emengen3 - you are the individual who did the chargeback and claim that k2k is a "spammed person". I think you meant scammed? Or did he actually send you spam. The OP seems to be new on Digital Point - unfortunately that might have been a key to that.
If he wins, Paypal would surely try to recover the dues from you.....even if that means debiting your CC to square up the dues and bring your paypal account to NIL... Regards, RightMan
