I have a PR3 Auto Insurance website up for sale.

It is 11 months old. Been PR4 the whole time up until the recent PR update.

Assume no revenue from adsense/adrbite etc. I only added it this week.

Majority are un-original. Only about 5 -6 are original content (the most popular ones).

If the website sells for BIN, i will personally re-write all un-original articles by hand.

The 'Seinfeld' link is my own personal link. That can be removed at will. Any links from tnx.net should no longer exist. Michigian health insurance link is to be taken off the 21st march. Car Insurance San Diego to be taken down july 22nd.

I'm sure the fact that i am willing to re-write ~65 articles for free, the links shouldn't de-value the websites value.

Currently the website is NOT sold, the highest bidder is: Jinx3000 with $65.00 Bid.

@chhabriajyoti: Currently there are 5 unique articles. As i said i will be willing to provide buyer with as many articles as they need, hand written by me, for just 0.0075 cents per word (cheaper for bulk). I will also be happy to re-write all non-unique articles for FREE if the buyer buys at BIN price.
