find what this error could be?

from last few days my traffic from google started to go down. i check my google webmaster tools and i saw this:

is it the problem of my server or any other problem?

Look at the actual error reports? It may tell you (I've never had errors, I'm not sure of that side of the system >.<)

you need to have sitemap file in either txt or xml format. The easiest is text files where you just need to have URLs listed one by one

 

I m using wordpress and vbulletin for last few years. and the sitemaps are mede with proper plugins and mods. but this error i m facing first time.

It may possible that the sitemaps are not generated completely. Also did you make any changes in sitemap generation in your wordpress blog and vBulletin forum ?
