Doesn't matter. If you can figure out how to profitably solve customer problems then that solution is worth investigating. Real business requires real planning. Just because you have a website, a computer and a place to plug it in doesn't make it a Home Based Business. Write a business plan and go from there. Build it and they will come is an exercise in frustration.
If you need to scrape together money for hosting and domain name registration, offer writing services. You can get at least $5 for short articles on niches like acne, weight loss, etc. After you get some money, it is time to plan out your next moves. Start out with your income needs and then look into adsense, article marketing, affiliate marketing and after you have some money and experience, PPC/aff. marketing. TomG.
Yes you can follow Thomas suggestion but I hope you can start affiliate marketing and use article marketing to promote in the above said niches and you can make a bundle for the long run.

It is very easy to say all this but very difficult to act. There is a lot of information that puzzles newbies. I am not newbie on Internet but newbie for start my Auto-Pilot money making system and to this forum. There is a lot of information, a lot of ideas, a lot of suggestions, a lot of products but puzzle where to start. Finally one thinking come again and again to start own affiliate system for selling e-books. There is one time cost for this then people will work for you and you pay them some part of your income. Once this is setup then you can add other things to your system. This is what I am thinking. GCS
Most newbies cannot start out by writing ebooks and selling them. There is a learning curve there and also a $50 registration fee from ClickBank, if that is your affiliate program of choice. TomG.
