    There are MANY high paying offers.You have to be specific if you want to get proper answers.Like what niche?

    Recommended netwroks : Neverblue,hydra,Marketleverage,maxbounty and copeac
    Networks to avoid:: Clickbooth,Rocket Profit,Clixgalore.

    If you want a super high paying CPA offer.......Go for mesotheleoma(sp). There's a few lead programs out there that do something like a $75 CPL on them...Of course you hardly ever have any interest. I have one program going right now and have had 1 click in the past week.

    It really depends on your niche. There are education offers out there that pay decent...PPL and there are legal offers out there that also pay nicely...hosting, etc.

    Sorry i'm not agree with you. Clickbooth is one of the best CPA company i have working on it for several months and always get paid. And they offers is similar with hydra or neverblue, and I think almost CPA companies have similar offer. For high paying per lead you can try weight loiss offer or dating offer or grant offer, but there is much another offers which have high paying per lead... just my opinion....

    I take it you are going to build a site or do PPC around the CPA offer as you have not mentioned what industry you are in. High paying does not necessarily mean better as they may not have as high a conversion rate. The Network I deal with (in sig) tends to have a lot of easier to convert offers on various free offers. They have higher paying ones too but they tend to need the customer to provide CC details so conversion tends to be a lot lower.

    Zhakkas CPA is $0.01 per unique visitor you send, but you have to send 50/day. If you can do that you're set. x)
