Thanks guys. I'm gonna contact them for the payment because all the tax forms are validated & approved by them. Yes, and the tracking system has got some problems... Clicks & Leads are highly out of proportion. Initially, there was a problem with the geo-tracking, the gateway was allowing all the visitors to bypass, that's fixed now. It seems the only way to test if a new feature is working or not is that they bring it live, if there's some problem we report it else its all good.

 

EPC also seems to make it reset to how it was before, where everything goes to 0% conversion at 10pm PST.

 

you mean they've never heard of testing before going online? These bugs are fairly simple to detect before going online. Besides, if you put software online, always monitor the results to see if they are reasonable. 3 hours with no leads (or significant drop) is not good for cpalead earnings as well as the publishers. This is just plain sloppy.

 

The EPC took a while to adjust and formulate. We couldn't simply just change the EPC formula and expect all surveys to automatically assume the right positions. It takes time for each survey to be tested under this new formula. Most surveys seem to be in the right order now and there are a few more changes to the formula we will be making later today or early tomorrow that will make the formula more rock solid. You won't be able to submit an application unless you write a detailed website description of 80 words or more

 

We will be adding in new tracking functions today to allow you to view the clicks and leads on each individual Gateway going forward however we have to make a small sacrifice to have this function. We will be deleting all previous "clicks" stats.

Deleting your previous click stats will not hurt your earnings as we provide the clicks just for reference to figure the EPC and we pay out per Lead, and not per click. This change will enable us to make our tracking much more dynamic allowing us to provide you with more and better charts and more accurate stats.

 

The tracking system doesn't seem to work at the moment.

What's wrong?

 

We are currently updating our whole tracking system. Your leads and clicks are still being tracked, they are just not displayed. We will have this all fixed by the end of today.

 

it's good that now we can track leads based on gateway. My question is if I have 2 sites and I create 2 gateway. Lets say GW1 and GW2 and I disable some survey in my account, is this will effect both gateway? If yes how can I get around that? I only want to disable some survey for gateway1 and I want to enable all survey for gateway2.

I hope I can get some help here.

 

Just set up another account.

 

Our system automatically shows all surveys that have the highest EPC at the top of all Gateways first. Why would you want to disable any surveys?
