    I don't like the template, I think it's the colors.

    It's nice when you want to hide your URLs. But if your server is down, slow, ... that mean people will click on broken links.

    Not a fan to the template.
    Also, it is better to show the ads once a shot url is shown rather than cluttered the site with ads.
    Also, would be best if you create a page like "how it works" showing how to use the site.

    I would make the box where you enter a url a bit more prominent.
    I think I would also try some other colors for the header, the blue text doesn't work that well with the red background.

    Add more space above and below the link entrance area this will allow it to be seen easier, also move it up higher on the page.

    Recurring visitors will make you more money so a good practical site will allow you to make more with your ads.
    Choose ads of general interest or make money online related.
