Anyone's hop tracking screwed up?

I havent received a single hop now for nearly a day, which is unusual as I usually receive around 1500 accross many products.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this in their account? Or has anyone seen it before? If it is just a reporting error and everything is still being properly tracked then great but I have a feeling with clickbank its probably not!

 

Yeah, I'm getting the 'Nothing found to display' message as well.

Been that way for a couple hours so far.

 

Same here. I am not seeing the hops, but I do see the transactions are being recorded as I am getting sales.

 

I have started getting them back now (surprisingly enough around an hour after I email them! lol) but a whole day's worth of hops are still uncounted for!

 

I am also not able to see any hops for both of my accounts. Infact i got one sale but no hops... there is something wrong with their tracking system.

 

yep, No hop records in both affiliate and publisher account.

 

No hops today - 1 sale yesterday with no hops!! then, suddenly the sale appeared today - it was made yesterday - are you still with me ?!? Yep, definately screwed up, the $1000000 question is - should I halt my PPC campaigns??

There's nothing you can do. Just wait as the rest.

 

I was actually shocked, when I saw 0 hops for today...Glad that I'm not the only person

 

Things are getting a bit weird again... YaY Clickbank!

 

Clickbank Screwed again, no sales for lengthy periods of time today (for over 5 products,) so lot of affiliates are not getting their sales as well.....

 

I've had a sale with no hops too!

At least sales seem to be getting through (for the majority).

Screwy CB stats and a slow sales day (that's what I have to tell myself)

 

I think there is a problem with CB transaction analytics.
Will it affect our sales too?

 

yeah its totally cactus. not tracked heaps of hops today.

 

Mine are definitely way off, I know I had more hops than were recorded.

 

Mine's funny too. AdWords shows twice as many clicks as ClickBank shows hops.

BUT.. Analytics shows that I've always received as many or more visitors than clicks. It's just the hop tracking that's off.
