    Hi,

    Due to busy schedule I cant update WebSite regularly and decided to sale it.

    It has PR1 but It is fully SEO optimized. 70% traffic getting from Search Engines. Also have a lot of members thru RSS and registered in the site.

    It is also Adsense optimized. Earning 80-100 usd per month from Google.

    If need hosting, can provide it for one month.
